Returns and Exchanges:
Here at Nine Acres your happiness is my priority.
I do realize that you must try on your baby carrier. Do not wash it and make sure you do not have on any perfume or the like and that baby's diaper is clean, if the diaper, baby or you leak on to the carrier the carrier is not returnable.
All returns only on unwashed, un-used items within 14 days of purchase. Items that smell of detergents, perfumes, essential oils or other fragrances on them will not be accepted for return. Items must be in re-sellable condition, determined by me. Shipping will not be refunded. If you are buying something for a baby not yet born please let me know the baby’s due date at time of purchase and the 14 days will begin on the baby’s due date.
Custom orders are not returnable.
Custom carriers are not returnable for any reason other then a manufacturing defect. If you have a problem with the construction of the carrier contact me and a replacement or store credit will be issued once the carrier is returned and I have seen the defect. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Shipping
Shipping is $5.95 on all USA orders international orders please contact me for a quote. All orders ship out with in one week of order placement. Free delivery confirmation is included on every order. If the delivery confirmation shows the package delivered then I consider it delivered and transaction complete. If you'd like to insure your package please just let me know and I can add it on for a fee of $1.30 a separate invoice will be sent for that. All orders over $100.00 will be sent signature required, this protects you and me from mail disappearing. I do reuse packing material so you may get a box or bag that has been used once before, this is one more way to recycle and help the planet.

If you need to return an item please email me first at contact@nineacres.com so I know the item is coming. Please include your order number, date of purchase and your email address in both the email and package upon return.
